Payment of a 20% deposit is required to secure your seat. Full tuition will be billed up to 60 days in advance of the start date.

‍Tuition must be paid 30 days in advance of the start date for you to retain your seat in that semester. If you are seeking to enroll in a semester starting in fewer than 30 days, please email rkessel@panoramiccap.com following your deposit payment.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Prior to payment, students may cancel enrollment at no cost.
• Up to 15 days in advance of the start date, a student may request a full refund.
• Less than 15 days in advance of the start date, a student may request a refund of the amount paid to date minus $500 US.
• Students may not request a refund on or after the start date.
• Refunds issued will be returned less additional processing fees (e.g. 3% for credit card purchases).
